Rillmaker Support

Contact orbickk@gmail.com for help with Rillmaker (formerly River Shaper) by Orbickk_Lab.

For a gameplay problem, include the level number, app version, your device model, and what happened. A screenshot of the puzzle can help. Do not include recovery codes, session tokens, payment-card details, or private account screens.

Purchases and account recovery

When you use account or purchase features, an account's item recovery is separate from puzzle progress stored on your device. If a purchase or item delivery appears incomplete, describe the issue without posting credentials publicly. Availability of online features depends on the app version and service connection.

For deletion, see Delete your Rillmaker account . Account deletion does not automatically refund a store purchase.
