Delete your River Shaper account

When you use a recovery-code account in River Shaper by Orbickk_Lab, you can request its deletion. Account deletion removes access to that account and its remaining items. It cannot be undone with the old recovery code.

From the app

• Open the shop from the home screen.

• Open the account and recovery-code screen. The current Korean label is “계정과 복구 코드”.

• Choose the account-deletion option, read the remaining-item notice, and enter that account's recovery code.

• Choose “계정 삭제” (Delete account) explicitly. Wait for confirmation. Pending item deliveries or a connection problem may need to be resolved first.

If you cannot use the app

Email [email protected] with the subject “River Shaper account deletion”. Include your account ID if known and explain that you cannot use the app. We will explain the available ownership-verification steps. Do not email or publicly post your full recovery code, session token, or payment-card details.

What is deleted or retained

• After confirmed deletion, our account service removes account credentials, sessions, and the account's item-operation records, and requests deletion of the associated RevenueCat customer.

• A minimal hashed deletion receipt remains valid for 24 hours for retry handling, with cleanup scheduled at the end of that period. Provider and infrastructure processing may take longer.

• Remaining account item balances and access are lost. Deletion does not automatically refund or cancel a Google Play purchase. Stores and providers may retain records required for their own legal or security purposes.

• Puzzle progress stored on your device is preserved by account deletion. To remove local game data too, use your device's app-data removal controls. Check your device backup settings separately.
