Takevelle Privacy Policy
Scope and contact
This policy covers Takevelle: Video Prompter, Android package com.orbickk.takevelle, operated by OrbickK (Google Play developer: Orbickk_Lab). Effective and updated October 31, 2026. Privacy and support: orbickk@gmail.com. Publishing this policy does not announce public app availability.
Scripts, camera and microphone
Takevelle stores scripts, reading settings, take notes, favorites and recorded videos in app-private storage on your Android device. We do not upload this content to our servers or RevenueCat. The camera opens when you choose Open camera; the microphone is used while recording with audio enabled. Silent recording is available. Leaving the recording screen stops recording. You can revoke permissions in Android Settings. The app does not require an app account, contacts or location access.
Exports, backups and playback
Save to Gallery creates a separate video copy in your media library. Sharing, playback and backup export pass selected content to an app or destination you choose. That app, document provider or gallery backup service may upload it under its own policy. Script backups are readable JSON files, not encrypted archives; choose a private destination. They include scripts and reading settings, not videos or purchases. Takevelle disables automatic Android cloud backup and device transfer of its private app data. There is no developer-hosted backup of your recordings.
Purchases and technical data
Google Play and RevenueCat provide the optional one-time Pro purchase, restoration, entitlement verification, fraud prevention and purchase analytics. They process product and transaction identifiers, purchase tokens, purchase time/status, an anonymous app user identifier, and technical app/device information such as app/SDK/OS versions, locale, network and connection metadata. Purchase checks can run at startup and when the app returns to the foreground, even without buying Pro. Google Play Billing also sends billing results, latency and related technical diagnostics to Google. The app does not receive full payment-card numbers or Google passwords. Buying Pro is optional; these automatic billing checks have no in-app opt-out. We do not send scripts, video or audio content to billing services.
Providers and security
RevenueCat diagnostic reporting and automatic advertising-identifier collection are disabled. This version has no ads, separate behavioral analytics SDK, AI service or cloud script/video synchronization. We do not sell personal information. Billing connections use HTTPS. Google and RevenueCat may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Their policies are linked below. App-private storage and limited permissions provide safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security or recovery after every interruption. Exported files are governed by the destination's security settings.
Retention and deletion
Delete scripts and local takes in the app, or clear app data/uninstall through Android Settings. Deleting a script does not delete videos recorded from it. Gallery copies and exported backups remain until you delete them separately. Save needed exports before uninstalling. Uninstalling does not refund a purchase or automatically delete Google Play, RevenueCat or support records. Purchase and support records are retained as necessary to provide and restore access, resolve requests/disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
Your requests and support
Email orbickk@gmail.com and identify Takevelle to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of information we control. We receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. A Google Play order reference can help locate a purchase. We may verify the request and explain retention obligations; data deletion and refunds are separate requests. Contact Google for information controlled by your Google account. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens, full card details or your script/video library.
Children and changes
Takevelle is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian can contact us with a privacy request. We update this page and its effective date when our processing changes and provide an in-app notice where appropriate.

대본·카메라·마이크
대본, 읽기 설정, 테이크 메모, 즐겨찾기와 촬영 영상은 Android 기기의 앱 전용 저장소에 보관됩니다. 이 콘텐츠를 개발자 서버나 RevenueCat으로 업로드하지 않습니다. 카메라 열기를 선택하면 카메라가 켜지고, 오디오를 켜고 녹화할 때 마이크를 사용합니다. 무음 녹화도 가능합니다. 촬영 화면을 벗어나면 녹화를 중단합니다. Android 설정에서 권한을 취소할 수 있습니다. 앱 계정·연락처·위치 접근을 요구하지 않습니다.
내보내기·백업·재생
갤러리에 저장하면 미디어 라이브러리에 별도 영상 사본이 생깁니다. 공유·재생·백업 내보내기는 선택한 콘텐츠를 사용자가 지정한 앱이나 저장 대상으로 전달합니다. 해당 앱·문서 제공자·갤러리 백업 서비스가 자체 방침에 따라 업로드할 수 있습니다. 대본 백업은 암호화된 압축 파일이 아닌 읽을 수 있는 JSON이므로 비공개 저장 위치를 선택하세요. 대본과 읽기 설정을 포함하며 영상·구매는 제외합니다. 앱 전용 데이터의 Android 자동 클라우드 백업 및 기기 간 이전은 비활성화되어 있습니다. 개발자가 보관하는 영상 백업은 없습니다.
구매와 기술 정보
Google Play와 RevenueCat은 선택적 일회성 Pro 구매, 복원, 권한 검증, 부정 사용 방지 및 구매 분석을 제공합니다. 상품·거래 식별자, 구매 토큰·시각·상태, 익명 앱 사용자 식별자와 앱·SDK·운영체제 버전, 언어, 네트워크·연결 정보 등 기술 정보를 처리합니다. 구매하지 않아도 앱 시작 및 화면 복귀 시 구매 확인이 실행될 수 있습니다. Google Play Billing은 결제 결과·지연 시간 및 관련 기술 진단 정보도 Google에 전송합니다. 앱은 전체 결제 카드 번호나 Google 비밀번호를 받지 않습니다. Pro 구매는 선택사항이나 자동 결제 확인을 앱에서 끄는 기능은 없습니다. 대본·영상·오디오 콘텐츠는 결제 서비스에 전달하지 않습니다.
제공자와 보안
RevenueCat 진단 보고와 광고 식별자 자동 수집은 비활성화했습니다. 이 버전에는 광고, 별도 행동 분석 SDK, AI 서비스 또는 대본·영상 클라우드 동기화가 없습니다. 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 결제 연결에는 HTTPS를 사용합니다. Google과 RevenueCat은 미국 등 서비스 운영 국가에서 정보를 처리할 수 있으며 각 방침은 아래에 연결되어 있습니다. 앱 전용 저장소와 제한된 권한으로 보호하지만 절대적 안전이나 모든 중단 상황의 복구를 보장하지는 않습니다. 내보낸 파일은 저장 대상의 보안 설정을 따릅니다.
보관과 삭제
앱에서 대본과 로컬 테이크를 삭제하거나 Android 설정에서 앱 데이터 삭제·앱 제거를 할 수 있습니다. 대본을 삭제해도 해당 대본으로 촬영한 영상은 삭제되지 않습니다. 갤러리 사본과 내보낸 백업은 별도로 삭제할 때까지 남습니다. 앱 제거 전 필요한 콘텐츠를 내보내세요. 앱 제거가 구매 환불이나 Google Play·RevenueCat·문의 기록의 자동 삭제를 의미하지는 않습니다. 구매 및 문의 기록은 권한 제공·복원, 요청·분쟁 해결, 부정 사용 방지와 법적 의무 이행에 필요한 기간 보관합니다.
권리 요청과 지원
개발자가 관리하는 정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리 제한을 요청하려면 Takevelle을 명시해 orbickk@gmail.com으로 문의하세요. 사용자가 보낸 이메일 주소, 내용과 선택적 첨부파일을 받습니다. Google Play 주문 참조 번호가 구매 확인에 도움이 될 수 있습니다. 요청자 확인 및 법적 보관 의무 안내가 필요할 수 있으며 정보 삭제와 환불은 별도 요청입니다. Google 계정에서 관리하는 정보는 Google에 문의하세요. 비밀번호·구매 토큰·전체 카드 정보·대본이나 영상 라이브러리를 보내지 마세요.
아동과 변경
만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 보호자는 개인정보 관련 요청을 보낼 수 있습니다. 처리 방식이 변경되면 방침과 시행일을 갱신하고 필요한 경우 앱에서 알립니다.

Guiones, cámara y micrófono
Los guiones, ajustes de lectura, notas de tomas, favoritas y vídeos se guardan en el almacenamiento privado de la aplicación en tu dispositivo. No subimos este contenido a nuestros servidores ni a RevenueCat. La cámara se activa al elegir Abrir cámara; el micrófono se usa al grabar con audio activado. Puedes grabar sin sonido. Salir de la pantalla de grabación detiene la grabación. Puedes revocar los permisos en Ajustes de Android. No se requiere una cuenta de la aplicación ni acceso a contactos o ubicación.
Exportación, copias y reproducción
Guardar en la galería crea una copia de vídeo independiente. Compartir, reproducir o exportar una copia entrega el contenido seleccionado a la aplicación o destino que elijas. Ese proveedor o el servicio de copia de la galería puede subirlo conforme a su propia política. Las copias de guiones son archivos JSON legibles, no archivos cifrados: elige un destino privado. Incluyen guiones y ajustes de lectura, pero no vídeos ni compras. Takevelle desactiva la copia automática de Android en la nube y la transferencia de sus datos privados entre dispositivos. No alojamos una copia de tus grabaciones.
Compras y datos técnicos
Google Play y RevenueCat gestionan la compra Pro opcional de pago único, la restauración, la verificación de acceso, la prevención del fraude y el análisis de compras. Procesan identificadores de productos y transacciones, tokens, fechas y estados de compra, un identificador anónimo de usuario y datos técnicos de aplicación/dispositivo, como versiones, idioma y metadatos de red y conexión. Las comprobaciones pueden ejecutarse al iniciar o volver a la aplicación aunque no compres Pro. Google Play Billing también envía resultados, latencia y diagnósticos técnicos de facturación a Google. No recibimos números completos de tarjetas ni contraseñas de Google. Comprar Pro es opcional; no hay un control en la aplicación para desactivar estas comprobaciones automáticas. Los guiones, vídeos y audio no se envían a los servicios de facturación.
Proveedores y seguridad
Los informes de diagnóstico y la recopilación automática de identificadores publicitarios de RevenueCat están desactivados. Esta versión no incluye anuncios, otro SDK de análisis de comportamiento, servicios de IA ni sincronización de guiones/vídeos en la nube. No vendemos datos personales. Las conexiones de facturación usan HTTPS. Google y RevenueCat pueden procesar datos en Estados Unidos u otros países donde operan; sus políticas aparecen abajo. El almacenamiento privado y los permisos limitados ofrecen protección, pero no garantizan seguridad absoluta ni recuperación tras cualquier interrupción. Los archivos exportados dependen de la seguridad de su destino.
Conservación y eliminación
Puedes borrar guiones y tomas locales en la aplicación o borrar sus datos/desinstalarla en Android. Borrar un guion no borra los vídeos grabados con él. Las copias de la galería y los archivos exportados permanecen hasta que los borres por separado. Exporta lo necesario antes de desinstalar. Desinstalar no reembolsa compras ni borra automáticamente registros de Google Play, RevenueCat o soporte. Los registros de compra y soporte se conservan el tiempo necesario para ofrecer/restaurar acceso, resolver solicitudes o disputas, prevenir abusos y cumplir obligaciones legales.

Escribe a orbickk@gmail.com e indica Takevelle para solicitar acceso, rectificación, eliminación o limitación de los datos que controlamos. Recibimos tu dirección de correo, mensaje y los adjuntos que decidas enviar. La referencia del pedido de Google Play puede ayudar a localizar una compra. Podemos verificar la solicitud y explicar obligaciones de conservación; eliminar datos y solicitar un reembolso son trámites distintos. Para datos controlados por tu cuenta de Google, contacta con Google. No envíes contraseñas, tokens de compra, datos completos de tarjetas ni tu biblioteca de guiones/vídeos.
Menores y cambios
Takevelle no está dirigido a menores de 13 años. Sus responsables pueden contactarnos sobre privacidad. Actualizaremos esta página y su fecha cuando cambien nuestras prácticas y avisaremos en la aplicación cuando corresponda.

تُحفظ النصوص وإعدادات القراءة وملاحظات اللقطات والمفضلة والفيديوهات في مساحة التطبيق الخاصة على جهاز Android. لا نرفع هذا المحتوى إلى خوادمنا أو RevenueCat. تعمل الكاميرا عند اختيار فتح الكاميرا، ويعمل الميكروفون أثناء التسجيل مع تفعيل الصوت. يمكن التسجيل بصمت. مغادرة شاشة التسجيل توقف التسجيل. يمكنك إلغاء الأذونات في إعدادات Android. لا يلزم حساب للتطبيق أو وصول إلى جهات الاتصال أو الموقع.
التصدير والنسخ والتشغيل
الحفظ في المعرض ينشئ نسخة مستقلة من الفيديو. المشاركة والتشغيل وتصدير النسخ تمرّر المحتوى المحدد إلى التطبيق أو الوجهة التي تختارها. قد يرفعه ذلك المزود أو خدمة النسخ الاحتياطي للمعرض وفق سياستها. نسخ النصوص ملفات JSON مقروءة وليست أرشيفات مشفّرة؛ اختر وجهة خاصة. تشمل النصوص وإعدادات القراءة دون الفيديوهات أو المشتريات. يعطّل Takevelle النسخ السحابي التلقائي في Android ونقل بياناته الخاصة بين الأجهزة. لا نحتفظ بنسخة خادمية من تسجيلاتك.
المشتريات والبيانات التقنية
يوفّر Google Play وRevenueCat شراء Pro الاختياري بدفعة واحدة والاستعادة والتحقق من الصلاحيات ومنع الاحتيال وتحليل المشتريات. يعالجان معرّفات المنتجات والمعاملات ورموز الشراء ووقته وحالته ومعرّف مستخدم مجهولًا وبيانات تقنية للتطبيق والجهاز، مثل الإصدارات واللغة وبيانات الشبكة والاتصال. قد يجري التحقق عند بدء التطبيق أو العودة إليه حتى دون شراء Pro. يرسل Google Play Billing أيضًا نتائج الفوترة وزمن الاستجابة والتشخيصات التقنية إلى Google. لا نتلقى أرقام البطاقات الكاملة أو كلمات مرور Google. الشراء اختياري، لكن لا يوجد إعداد داخل التطبيق لإيقاف عمليات التحقق التلقائية. لا تُرسل النصوص أو الفيديوهات أو المحتويات الصوتية إلى خدمات الفوترة.

الاحتفاظ والحذف
يمكنك حذف النصوص واللقطات المحلية داخل التطبيق أو مسح بياناته وإزالته في Android. حذف نص لا يحذف الفيديوهات المسجلة به. تبقى نسخ المعرض والملفات المصدّرة حتى تحذفها منفصلة. صدّر المحتوى المطلوب قبل إزالة التطبيق. الإزالة لا تسترد ثمن المشتريات ولا تحذف تلقائيًا سجلات Google Play أو RevenueCat أو الدعم. نحتفظ بسجلات المشتريات والدعم للمدة اللازمة لتوفير الصلاحيات واستعادتها وحل الطلبات والنزاعات ومنع إساءة الاستخدام والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية.

راسل orbickk@gmail.com مع ذكر Takevelle لطلب الوصول إلى المعلومات التي نتحكم بها أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو تقييد معالجتها. نتلقى بريدك ورسالتك والمرفقات التي تختار إرسالها. قد يساعد مرجع طلب Google Play في تحديد عملية الشراء. قد نتحقق من الطلب ونوضح التزامات الاحتفاظ؛ حذف البيانات واسترداد المبلغ طلبان منفصلان. تواصل مع Google بشأن المعلومات التي يتحكم بها حسابك لديها. لا ترسل كلمات المرور أو رموز الشراء أو بيانات البطاقات الكاملة أو مكتبة النصوص والفيديوهات.
