[App identification] The app name is Shadow Orb and the Android package name is com.orbickk.shadoworb.

[Account and direct collection] Shadow Orb does not require registration or an account. The app does not directly request personal information such as a name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location, or transmit such information to a developer-operated server.

[Local game data] Unlocked stages, cleared stages, best move counts, item inventory, Light Shards, settings, and a cached ad-removal state are stored locally on the device so the player can continue the game. A normal relaunch or update should retain this data. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app deletes it. Shadow Orb does not provide account-based or cross-device cloud save.

[Advertising and consent] Shadow Orb offers optional rewarded ads through Google Mobile Ads. Before requesting ads, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to obtain consent information and, where required, show privacy choices. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address, app and device information, consent choices, ad interactions, and diagnostic data to provide, secure, measure, and personalize advertising as permitted by the user's choices and applicable law.

[Ad privacy choices] Users for whom privacy options are required can reopen them from 'Ad Privacy Choices' in the app's Settings screen. Users can continue playing without choosing a rewarded ad.

[Purchases] Shadow Orb offers a one-time 'Remove Ads' purchase through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. Google Play processes payment details; OrbickK does not receive full payment-card information. Google Play and RevenueCat may process purchase status, product and transaction identifiers, an anonymous app user identifier, app or device information, and diagnostic data to complete purchases, validate entitlement, prevent fraud, and restore purchases.

[Third-party services and international processing] Advertising and consent information is processed through Google Mobile Ads and the User Messaging Platform provided by Google LLC. Purchase information is processed through Google Play and RevenueCat and may be processed in countries where those providers maintain facilities. [Other services and sale] The current release does not include a separate analytics SDK, an OrbickK account system, or cloud storage for game progress. OrbickK does not sell users' personal information.

[Security] Local game data is kept in the operating system's app-specific storage. Data transmitted by the Google and RevenueCat SDKs is encrypted in transit.

[Retention and deletion] Local game data can be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. Purchase records and advertising-related data retained by Google or RevenueCat are subject to those providers' retention and deletion practices. A Google Play purchase can be restored, but local game progress cannot.

[User choices and rights] Users can continue playing without choosing a rewarded ad and, when available, can change ad privacy choices from the app's Settings screen. Privacy inquiries or requests concerning data controlled by OrbickK may be submitted using the contact information below.

[Children's privacy] Shadow Orb does not knowingly request personally identifiable information from children. Advertising is configured for a general content rating. Parents or guardians may contact OrbickK with privacy questions.

[Policy changes] If app features, service providers, or legal requirements change, this policy and the Google Play Data safety information will be updated together.
