[Privacy policy] This policy covers Scrap Swing (고철 스윙), a mobile game provided by OrbickK (Google Play developer name: Orbickk_Lab). The effective and last-updated date is 2026-09-06. The Android package is com.orbickk.scrapswing.

[Registration and direct collection] The game does not require a player account or ask you to enter a name, email address, or phone number. It does not request access to GPS location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos. Data handled by advertising and purchase services is described separately below.

[On-device data] Best score, highest alarm, destruction streaks, run count, sound, graphics, vibration and motion settings, and selected paint are stored in the app's local storage. We do not send these records to a developer server or publish them on a leaderboard. There is no account-based cloud save, and Android automatic backup and device transfer are configured to exclude app data. Updates normally preserve records; clearing app data or uninstalling can erase them.

[Optional ads] The game uses Google AdMob rewarded ads. After using the free rerolls, you may choose to watch an ad for one additional reroll per run. You can keep playing without watching an ad. The current setup has no banner, interstitial, or app-open ads.

[Ad data and consent] Google Mobile Ads may process IP addresses (including approximate location), app and ad interactions, diagnostics, advertising IDs, app set IDs, and applicable device or account identifiers for advertising, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention. Before requesting live ads, Google's User Messaging Platform checks consent and presents choices where required. Required privacy options can be reopened in the Workshop. Android settings also provide advertising ID controls.

[Paint purchases] Neon Mint and Midnight Violet are optional, non-consumable cosmetic purchases, with no recurring subscription or gameplay advantage. Google Play handles payment details; OrbickK does not receive complete card numbers or payment passwords. Product availability depends on the app version and store configuration.

[Purchase verification and restoration] Versions with purchases enabled use Google Play and RevenueCat to verify ownership. Anonymous app user identifiers, product and purchase history, purchase tokens or receipts, transaction and entitlement status, and necessary app or device information are processed for purchase verification, restoration, purchase analytics, and fraud prevention. Purchase status may be checked on launch or return to the app. Restoration starts when you choose Restore Purchases in the Workshop. Local scores and purchase ownership are separate; clearing local records does not delete Google Play transactions.

[Test builds] Builds marked as tests use Google test ads. Builds without purchase-service configuration disable purchase buttons and do not initialize the RevenueCat purchase service. The on-device game remains playable regardless of whether these services are enabled.

[Service providers and international processing] Google LLC provides AdMob, the User Messaging Platform, and Google Play. RevenueCat, Inc. provides purchase verification. Data may be processed in countries where these providers operate. [Retention] Local records remain until app data is cleared or the app is removed. Google handles ad data under its policies; purchase providers retain verification information for ownership, restoration, and necessary transaction records under their policies. Support messages and contact details are retained as needed to answer and resolve requests and meet applicable retention duties. The app has no separate developer account database, behavioral analytics SDK, or crash-reporting SDK.

[Deletion and rights] Clear local game records through Android's app storage settings. Email [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of information controlled by OrbickK, or deletion of RevenueCat purchase-verification information. We may request the app name and minimal information needed to verify the request. Do not send passwords or complete card numbers. Deleting purchase data can affect restoration; Google Play transaction records follow separate retention rules. Uninstalling does not automatically delete existing provider records.

[Security and sharing] External SDK transfers use encrypted connections, and local records use the operating system's app storage. Information may be processed to provide services, fulfill your requests, or meet legal obligations. OrbickK does not sell personal information. Advertising providers' processing and sharing are subject to the policies and choices described above.

[Children's privacy] The app does not knowingly ask children for identifying details such as a name or email address. Parents or guardians may send privacy questions or deletion requests to [email protected].
