[Scope] This policy covers RIPPLE by OrbickK (Google Play developer: Orbickk_Lab), Android package com.orbickk.ripple. Effective and updated October 15, 2026. Closed Alpha requests test ads. Test purchase eligibility depends on Google Play license-tester enrollment and the billing screen.

[Accounts and permissions] Intended for ages 13 and over. No game account or login is required. We do not ask for a name, email address or phone number in the game, or request GPS, contacts, photos, camera or microphone permissions.

[Local records] Stage progress, settings, droplet balance, stage assistance, rewards and transaction deduplication records are stored on the device. Game records are not uploaded to a developer server or leaderboard. There is no separate developer behavioral analytics or crash-reporting SDK and no account-based progress synchronization. Clearing data or reinstalling may lose droplets and assistance. Operating-system backup and device transfer depend on Android settings.

[Ads and choices] Google AdMob interstitials appear at eligible transitions after newly completed stages, not on an elapsed-time schedule. Remove-ads purchases disable automatic interstitials. Rewarded ads remain optional and are requested only when the player chooses a droplet reward. Before requesting ads, Google UMP checks consent and displays a form where required. The shop offers ad privacy settings when privacy choices are required. Test ads may still involve SDK network communication.

[Advertising data] Google's SDK may collect or share IP addresses and inferred approximate location, app/ad interactions, crash and performance diagnostics, and device or applicable account identifiers such as advertising IDs and app set IDs for advertising, analytics, security and fraud prevention. The game does not collect precise GPS location. Android settings allow resetting or deleting the advertising ID.

[Purchases] Google Play and RevenueCat provide remove-ads, droplet and bundle purchases. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user ID, purchase history, product and transaction IDs, purchase tokens, dates, prices, currency, entitlements and service metadata such as app/SDK versions and platform for validation, restoration, entitlement delivery, refunds and revenue analytics. Google Play handles payment details; full card numbers are not supplied to us or RevenueCat. Restore purchases restores remove-ads access, not consumed droplets or assistance records. Game progress and droplet balances are not uploaded to RevenueCat.

[Providers] Google LLC provides Google Play, AdMob and UMP. RevenueCat, Inc. processes purchase validation and entitlements as our service provider. Processing may occur in the United States and other provider locations. Advertising-provider processing follows their policies and user choices.

[Support, retention and deletion] Email orbickk@gmail.com for support and access, correction, deletion or restriction requests concerning support and RevenueCat records we control. We process the email address, message and attachments to resolve the request and meet legal obligations. Minimum verification information or a Google Play order ID may be requested; do not send passwords, full card numbers or original purchase tokens. Purchase records are retained as needed for delivery, restoration, refunds, disputes and legal requirements. Clearing app storage deletes local records; manage operating-system backups separately. Uninstalling does not automatically delete data already sent to providers or Google Play transaction records. Deletion is separate from refunds and may affect purchase restoration.

[Security, children and changes] We use operating-system app storage and TLS transport encryption, but cannot guarantee absolute security. The game is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly request their personal information. Parents may contact us for privacy or deletion requests.
