[Scope] This policy applies to POLARITY CORE provided by OrbickK (Google Play developer name: Orbickk_Lab). The Android package is com.orbickk.polarity_core. Effective date: October 11, 2026. The offline free edition and the limited Play test edition with Google and purchase services have different data practices, described separately below.

[Offline game] This version requires no account. Progress, scores, language and audio settings are saved on your device and are not sent to a developer server. The app does not collect personal data or share it with third parties.

[Offline edition services] Advertising, in-app purchases, Google sign-in, RevenueCat purchase processing and Play Games cloud synchronization are not active in the offline free edition. No separate usage analytics or crash-reporting SDK is used. The game does not request camera, microphone, contacts or location access.

[Connected test: Google identity and saves] Guest play remains available. Optional Google connection uses your account identifier and display name, plus your Play Games profile, to separate game records. Saved Games backs up this game's progress and item purchase/use records through Google. The game does not request Gmail messages, contacts or access to your general Drive files. Recovery uses the last synchronized record; unsynchronized records and exact balances after concurrent offline spending cannot be guaranteed.

[Connected test: purchases] Opening the shop or restoring purchases contacts Google Play and RevenueCat. They process purchase history and a game-specific customer identifier for purchase validation, entitlement recovery and purchase analytics. The app does not send your Google name or email as RevenueCat customer attributes, and automatic advertising-identifier collection is disabled. Google Play handles payment details; the game does not receive your card number. This test edition does not display ads. RevenueCat Privacy Policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/.

[Connected test: security and service data] Service connections use encryption in transit. Play Games may process service analytics and diagnostics under Google's policies. Synchronized records and purchase records are also stored by the respective Google and RevenueCat services. Signing out does not delete records. We do not sell personal data.

[Connected test: account and data deletion requests] To request deletion of your POLARITY CORE game account and developer-managed RevenueCat records, email orbickk@gmail.com with the subject POLARITY CORE data deletion. Include only the minimum information needed to identify the game account and the records you want deleted. Never send passwords, authentication codes or card numbers. After verifying ownership, we delete the game-specific customer records we manage, retaining only information required for applicable legal retention obligations. Delete Google's saved game data through your Play Games profile or Google account settings, and clear app data in Android settings to remove device records. Manage separate Google or device backups in their respective settings. Deleting game data does not refund purchases or delete Google's store transaction records. Reconnecting the game or using the shop after deletion may create new records.

[Offline edition: local storage, backup and deletion] Android system backup or device transfer may restore local records depending on your device settings. These processes follow Google and device backup settings and policies; the developer cannot access these backups. Clear app data or uninstall to delete local records. Manage system backups in device or Google account settings. Game-account recovery is not available in the offline edition.

[Support] If you email orbickk@gmail.com, we use your email address, message and voluntarily supplied attachments to respond and resolve the issue. We retain correspondence for the time needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal retention obligations. Contact the same address to request access, correction or deletion. Do not send passwords or payment credentials.

[Children and security] The offline free game does not request identifying information. The connected service test is limited to designated test accounts. Parents and guardians may contact the same address for privacy requests. Local app storage is protected by the operating system.
