[Scope] This policy covers DEPTH by OrbickK (Google Play developer name: Orbickk_Lab), Android package com.orbickk.depth. Effective and last updated: October 12, 2026. Purchases are disabled in Alpha 0.2.0. Starting with 0.2.1, optional remove-ads purchases and restoration are provided through Google Play and RevenueCat. Closed-test builds request test ads. Eligibility for test payments depends on Google Play license-tester enrollment.

[Accounts and permissions] DEPTH is intended for ages 13 and over. No game account, login, name, email address or telephone number is required. The game does not request GPS location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone access.

[On-device records] Best depth and mode records, exploration counts, shards and revival cores, unlocked appearances and selected light, and language, sound, haptic, visual and control settings are stored in app storage. These support personal records, rewards, items and preferences. Game code does not send them to a developer server or public leaderboard. We use no separate developer behavioral analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Depending on Android settings and the device, operating-system backup or device transfer may restore local records and SDK settings. There is no game-account progress synchronization.

[Advertising and consent] DEPTH uses Google AdMob interstitials and optional rewarded ads. Interstitials may appear after exploration results when gameplay conditions are met. Rewarded ads are requested when you choose a revival or double-shard reward. You can start another exploration without an ad reward. This Alpha requests test ads, which can still involve SDK network communication. Before requesting ads, the app checks consent through Google's User Messaging Platform and presents a consent form when required. Ad privacy settings appear in the About screen when privacy choices are required. The app requests non-personalized ads, but measurement, security and related data processing may still occur.

[Advertising SDK data] Google's advertising SDK may collect or share IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, app and ad interactions, diagnostic information including crashes and performance, and device or applicable account identifiers such as advertising IDs and app set IDs. Purposes include advertising, measurement, analytics, security and fraud prevention. The game does not collect precise GPS location. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in Android's ad settings.

[Purchases and restoration] From 0.2.1, RevenueCat creates an anonymous app user ID on startup and processes purchase history, product and transaction identifiers, purchase tokens, purchase times, prices and currency, and remove-ads entitlement status. Service metadata such as app and SDK versions, platform and language may also be sent. Purposes are purchase validation, restoration, entitlement delivery, refunds and revenue analytics. Google Play processes payment details such as card numbers; these are not provided to us or RevenueCat. Game records, shards and revival cores are not uploaded to RevenueCat.

[Support] If you email orbickk@gmail.com, we use the email address, message and attachments you send to answer and resolve the issue. Do not send passwords, original purchase tokens or complete card numbers. Support information is retained as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations.

[Providers and international processing] Google LLC provides AdMob advertising, User Messaging Platform consent and Google Play billing. RevenueCat, Inc. is our service provider for purchase validation and entitlement management; see its Privacy Policy (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy). Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where the provider operates. Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Mobile Ads disclosure (https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy/play-data-disclosure) explain its processing, retention and sharing practices. OrbickK does not sell personal information. Advertising-provider sharing is governed by the policies and user choices described above.

[Retention, deletion and rights] Clear app storage or uninstall to delete local game records; they may not be recoverable. Manage operating-system backups separately through your device or Google account backup settings. Uninstalling does not automatically erase SDK records already sent to a provider, whose purpose-specific retention policies apply. Email orbickk@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of support information and RevenueCat purchase records controlled by us. We use only the minimum information necessary to verify a request and may request a Google Play order ID to locate purchase records. Purchase and entitlement information is retained as needed for service delivery, refunds, disputes and legal obligations. Deletion is separate from Google Play transaction retention or a refund, and may affect purchase restoration. See Google's Privacy Policy for choices and rights relating to information Google controls.

[Security] Local records use operating-system app storage. Advertising and purchase service transmissions use TLS encryption. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

[Children and changes] DEPTH is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request their personal information. Parents or guardians may send privacy or deletion requests to orbickk@gmail.com. When practices change, we update this page and its effective date and notify users in the app when appropriate.
