Climbloom: Vine Garden Privacy Policy
How Climbloom: Vine Garden handles information and the choices available to you.
Last updated: 2026-11-06
[Scope] Climbloom: Vine Garden (com.orbickk.climbloom) is a vine-drawing path puzzle game operated by Orbickk_Lab. No app account or sign-in is required. This policy is effective and was last updated on November 6, 2026.
[Game data on your device] Level progress, stars, flower collection, hints, settings (sound, language) and purchase flags are stored in private app storage on your device. Climbloom does not upload this game data to our servers. The app does not request access to your contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone or location. It uses internet and network-state access only for ads and purchases, and the puzzles themselves work offline.
[Purchases] Optional in-app products are Remove Ads and Gardener Pack (one-time purchases) and hint packs (consumable). Google Play processes payment, and RevenueCat validates, restores and records purchases. The purchase SDK initializes when the app runs and may contact RevenueCat even if you have not bought anything. It processes an anonymous app user ID, product identifiers, purchase tokens and transaction history, entitlement status, app and operating-system version, and technical network information such as an IP address, to provide and restore purchases, detect refunds, prevent fraud and produce purchase analytics. We do not receive payment card numbers. RevenueCat: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/ . Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy .
[Ads] Climbloom shows Google AdMob ads. Rewarded ads are shown only when you choose to watch one, for example for a free hint, extra undos or extra vine length to continue a level. From level 21, an interstitial ad may appear between levels, at most once every three cleared levels and not within 150 seconds of the previous one. Remove Ads or Gardener Pack removes interstitial ads; optional rewarded ads stay available.
[Advertising data and choices] Google Mobile Ads and its consent platform (UMP) may process IP addresses and IP-based approximate location, device and advertising identifiers, app and device information, consent choices, ad interactions and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. Where required (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), consent or privacy choices are requested before ads are requested, and Shop > Privacy settings lets you change them later. Android also lets you reset or delete your advertising ID. See https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy/play-data-disclosure and https://policies.google.com/privacy . No separate analytics or crash-reporting SDK is used.
[Retention and deletion] Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes all local game data. If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may back up app data under its own settings. Google and RevenueCat retain purchase, advertising, security and legally required records under their own policies; deleting the app does not cancel or erase store transactions. To request access to or deletion of purchase-related data handled for Climbloom, email us with Climbloom in the subject and an order ID if available. We may ask for minimum information to locate and verify the request, then coordinate with the provider.
[International processing and security] Google and RevenueCat may process information in countries where they operate, which may differ from your country. Requests use encrypted HTTPS connections. No internet service or device storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
[Support and children] Email sent to support is used only to answer your request and kept only as long as needed for support and applicable obligations. Climbloom is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child's information requires attention. We do not sell your personal information.
[Changes and contact] We update this policy and the store disclosures when data processing changes and show the revised date above. Operator: Orbickk_Lab. Privacy and support: orbickk@gmail.com.
