SEORO icon

OrbickK does not permit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on SEORO.

Effective and last updated: 2026-08-23

Covered app: SEORO: Anonymous Conversations (Android package: com.orbickk.seoro)

1. Zero-tolerance policy

SEORO and its developer, OrbickK, apply a zero-tolerance policy to content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. SEORO is intended for adults aged 18 or older, but these standards apply regardless of the service's age eligibility.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

  • Sexual images, videos, illustrations, synthetic or generated content involving a child, or attempts to obtain or provide access to such content
  • Grooming a child for sexual purposes or encouraging an in-person meeting for such purposes
  • Sexual extortion, exploitation, trafficking, or commercial sexual exploitation of a child
  • Posting, sending, requesting, storing, selling, exchanging, or sharing access instructions for CSAE or CSAM
  • Any other content or conduct that threatens a child's sexual safety or violates applicable law

3. In-app reporting

Users can report a concern without leaving the app by choosing Report from a World post or comment menu, or from the menu in a one-to-one conversation. For a chat report, users may select relevant messages as evidence. Urgent child-safety concerns may also be sent to the contact email below.

Do not create a new copy of illegal content or attach it to an email in order to report it. Use the in-app reporting mechanism whenever possible.

4. Review and enforcement

When OrbickK obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM through a report or another channel, it reviews the available information and takes action appropriate to the circumstances. Actions may include restricting access to or removing posts, images, or messages; limiting or terminating an account; and preventing reconnection.

Evidence needed for a safety investigation, legal obligation, or legal hold may be separated from ordinary content expiration and deletion and retained on a limited basis for as long as necessary.

5. Compliance and reports to authorities

OrbickK complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. When CSAM is confirmed or a legal reporting duty applies, OrbickK reports the relevant preserved information to the NCMEC CyberTipline or an appropriate regional law-enforcement or child-protection authority and cooperates with lawful requests.
